Sargramme for a piece of furniture
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a frame of furniture for a piece of furniture, the frame of which comprises at least one exterior side.
The invention also relates to a piece of furniture comprising a wound frame, a method of making a wound frame, and a use of a wound frame.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is known to make a wound frame for a piece of furniture, such as a chair, table and corpus furniture, where the wound frame is made of several individual side pieces, where the ends of the side pieces are joined via furniture and glue with the furniture legs and where the frame is stabilized with inner corner pieces, where the corner pieces are screwed. into the furniture legs and attached to the side pieces for example with glue and where brackets are mounted inside the sash frame for use when mounting, for example, furniture seats, countertops and corpus.
The object of the invention
It is the object of the invention to improve production production so that it will be faster, easier and cheaper to produce a sargram, thereby improving the productivity, competitiveness and ultimately the economy.
In addition, the object of the invention is to make a stronger wound frame which further strengthens and stabilizes the wound frame, and finally, the object of the invention is to broaden the range of materials useful for use on a wound frame.
The basic idea is to go from several loose sides to a single piece of wood that, from the beginning of the sargram's manufacture, is coherent, for example, the tree is made up of a block of plywood, which is subsequently milled out as a solid base. For example, the veneer may consist primarily of birch or spruce, which grows quickly, is cheap, less strong, but very accessible compared to, for example, oak and secondary
DK 2018 70222 A1, the veneer can consist of, for example, a little oak, which grows slowly, is expensive, very strong, but less accessible compared to birch or spruce. Of course, other compositions of veneers are also possible, just as other materials such as plastic composites with and without fibers may also be used.
In addition, it is an object of the invention to provide a piece of furniture comprising a wound frame, a method of making a wound frame, and a use of a wound frame.
Description of the Invention
According to a first aspect of the invention, the above-mentioned object is achieved with a wound frame as initially described, wherein the wound frame is a continuous piece of material.
This makes it possible to strengthen the base of the furniture, that is, the sargram, such a sargram, in one piece, is much stronger than the previously known solutions, where a sargram was typically assembled by several parts in the circumference of the sargram, and where several side pieces were assembled, for example. via dowels and glue. The prior art typically comprises four side pieces joined together as mentioned.
The new solution also makes a sargram in terms of production faster, easier but also cheaper to produce, for example a sargram can be made in solid wood or a block of plywood, which is subsequently milled out to a sargram. Such sargram can save up to 50% of the furniture's assembly time compared to the assembly time of conventional sargrams.
If the sargram is made of plywood, the sargram's material properties are approximately the same in two directions, with plywood being made of thin layers of veneer, which are glued together with the yearly crossings. Another possibility of obtaining similar material properties could be in the manufacture of a wound frame in a plastic composite material, for example with glass, aramid or carbon fibers for additional strength. Finally, one can also make a sargram as mentioned in a hybrid material, which could consist, for example, of one or more layers of wood and one or more layers.
DK 2018 70222 A1 layer of another suitable material, including plastic - fiber-reinforced or not, metal and other suitable.
In another aspect, the present invention also relates to a seam frame, the seam frame further comprising a base, the bottom comprising one and the same fully coherent piece of material.
This makes it possible to strengthen the stability of the ulcer, which becomes more rigid and stable, since no diagonal displacement of the ulcer can occur. At the same time, the mentioned bottom can visually screen for construction details in the frame itself. Such a bottom may advantageously be arranged at the lower part of the sargram, at the upper part or, in principle, anywhere between the upper edge of the sargram and the lower edge. The visual shielding is obviously not achieved to the same extent if the bottom is at the top edge of the sargram. However, the stiffening effect on the sargram itself is achieved wherever the base of the sargram is arranged.
The bottom may advantageously be made in a whole and continuous piece, but may also be perforated or with one or more larger cuts. Only a partial presence of such a bottom will result in increased rigidity in the structure of the sargram.
The present invention also relates in a third aspect to a wound frame, the wound frame further comprising at least one mounting ear for use in mounting other furniture elements.
This makes it possible to mount, for example, furniture seats, countertops and corpus to the sargram. Preferably, mounting ears will be arranged concealed within the wound frame, if the wound frame is massive, the entire wound frame may constitute a mounting ear, but mounting ears may also be located on the outside side of the wound frame. A bottom hole or a through hole may be drilled in the mounting ears. Mounting ears, or in this case probably closer to mounting holes, may also be arranged in the wound frame itself.
DK 2018 70222 A1
The present invention also relates, in a fourth aspect, to a wound frame, wherein the wound frame comprises several layers, each layer comprising one and the same fully coherent piece of material throughout the extent of the layer and wherein each layer is coherent with at least one other layer.
This makes it possible to make individual layers individually, such that, for example, the bottom is made separately and one or more other layers of the seam frame are made, for example, with internal mounting ears and where the layers are subsequently joined together by glue, screws or other suitable joining methods. By creating multiple individual layers, specialty productions can be made where a machine either makes a series of one specific layer at a time or only makes one specific layer. The way in which production is to take place depends, of course, on the complexity of the production machines present, availability and more. A wound frame can also be made up of a number of layers of finished plywood sheets. For example, the base element of a sargram can be made of five layers of plywood board, each layer having a thickness of, for example, fifteen millimeters. The individual layers of plywood and / or veneer layers may be of uniform or uniform thickness.
The present invention also relates, in a fifth aspect, to a wound frame, in which the wound frame on its outer side further comprises leg recesses.
This allows the desired number of legs to be placed on the sargram.
The present invention also relates, in a sixth aspect, to a wound frame in which the wound frame on its outer side in the leg recesses comprises at least one screw hole.
This makes it possible to mount and secure the desired number of legs on the wound frame via a screw which is preferably passed from the inside of the wound frame through the wound frame and into that leg. Of course, it can also be done from the bone into the wound frame, but then the screw can be seen, which in most cases is not desirable. Preferably, the screw will be passed through a corner piece inside the wound frame.
DK 2018 70222 A1
In addition, on the outside side of the leg frame the leg frame may further comprise at least one dowel hole, in which a dowel can be mounted for further support and stability of the leg and leg joint assembly.
In the aforementioned leg recesses, other types of means for joining legs to the wound frame may also be formed, including, for example, a joint joint with solid or loose ferrule.
The present invention also relates in a seventh aspect to a piece of furniture in which the furniture comprises at least one leg and at least one of the following: seat, countertop, drawer and corpus.
This makes it possible to use the sargram according to the invention for a wide variety of different types of furniture, thus improving production production with more for the entire furniture.
The present invention also relates, in an eighth aspect, to a method, the method comprising the following steps:
A: The same fully coherent piece of material is roughly aligned with the sargram's at least outer dimensions,
C: At least the outer frame is fine-tuned.
This allows cutting, milling, fabricating, forming and adapting a material to the outer dimensions of the sargram, as well as cutting, milling, fabricating, forming and adapting the same material to any internal dimensions of the sargram should the sargram not be a solid solid material piece. Often a furniture weight is desired to be minimized so that it does not weigh more than is necessary and therefore it may also be desirable to cut, mill, fabricate, fabricate and adapt a material to the interior dimensions of the sargram.
The present invention also relates, in a ninth aspect, to a process in which the method comprises the following steps between to A and C:
DK 2018 70222 A1
B: Several layers, each layer comprising one and the same fully coherent piece of material throughout the entire layer, are combined with at least one other layer.
This makes it possible to make the sargram of several individually adapted parts which are subsequently joined layer by layer.
The present invention also relates, in a tenth aspect, to the use of a frame for furniture such as a chair, table and corpus furniture.
With a squeegee according to the invention, a solution consisting of only a single element is obtained as opposed to a traditional solution, using four different squeegee pages, four corner blocks (often different due to angles, etc.) and a number of angular brackets which are partly fixed with screws. to the inner surface of the sargram and partly to another piece of furniture. The invention achieves a marked simplification and thus a marked reduction in assembly time. At the same time, a greater stiffness and overall strength and robustness are achieved in a sargram.
